The delivery time is 5 to 10 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You will be able to pick-up your order at a pick-up point close to your home.
Orders made out of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 100 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 100 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method. The cost of returning the kien sound system are for the customer.
The service that you want to use for the return shipping is up to you but if the products end up being damaged, that’s at your own risk. The customer has to be able to prove that the package has made it’s way back to us.

At the package service DHL it costs €5,75 to return a product under the weight of 10 kilo’s. Packages that are between 10 and 20 kilo’s cost €8,75 to ship.
